This giveaway is sponsored by Chasing Passion / Joshua Bodkin ("Sponsor").

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 07.09.2026 and ends on 07.12.2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

The winner will be selected and contacted within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

Prize

One (1) winner and one (1) guest will receive:

  • A private day at Crooked S Ranch with Nathan Smothers and Joshua Bodkin

  • Guided ranch tour

  • Experience the Florida Cowboy lifestyle

  • Professional photography session

  • Dinner and drinks prepared over an open fire

Approximate Retail Value: $1,500

Travel, lodging, transportation, and any additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

Winner must be able to travel to the Arcadia, Florida area.

How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

  • Purchase a copy of Florida Cowboy = 500 entries

  • Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @JoshBodkin and @NathanSmothers = 20 entries

  • Comment on the giveaway post = 1 entry (maximum 10 comment entries)

No Purchase Necessary. An Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is described below.

Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter without purchasing a book, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words "Florida Cowboy Giveaway" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as one qualifying book purchase.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Winner will be contacted via email or Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner and guest grant Sponsor permission to photograph and film the experience and to use their name, likeness, photographs, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances, weather, ranch operations, or events beyond Sponsor's control make it necessary.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release Joshua Bodkin, Chasing Passion, Nathan Smothers, Crooked S Ranch, and all affiliated parties from any claims arising out of participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
